A Prayer-Shaped Life – Wheaton

This week, we begin a series on one of Wellspring’s core values, namely prayer: we want to be a people who seek God’s face and see his hand at work.  With that in mind, Sunday’s message will focus on 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: “Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; give thank in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”  In particular, we will consider what it means to pray without ceasing, how we train ourselves to do so, and why it’s good for us to do so.
