Changes to online giving – Wellspring Alliance Church

Why we are changing giving platforms?

Saves approximately $6,500 per year across all funds due to lower transaction fees and monthly subscription rate
Introduces an online giving app
View donations in one place
Simplifies administration for the church office staff and Finance Team

You’ll still access giving from wellspringalliance.net and choose “Give”
You will need to re-enter your e-mail address and your ACH or Card payment information the first time you give after the switch to Planning Center
- ACH donations have a flat fee of $.30 per transaction
- Card donations have a fee of 2.15% plus $.30 per transaction
If you currently have set up recurring giving, you will need to stop the current recurring gift and set up a new recurring gift after October 15
- Note: current recurring gifts will remain active at least through the end of the year unless cancelled by you or the Financial Secretary per your request
You’ll now have the ability to give via the Church Center app
