Office Administrator

Position type: Full or part time

Location: Wheaton, Illinois

Description of responsibilities: The Office Administrator is responsible for managing office processes and organization so the office runs as efficiently as possible. This person oversees many of the general office operations and has a focus on its organization and equipment, including the use of technology to improve systems and processes. The role supports churchwide systems, the Sr. Pastor, the Governing Board, Nominating and Personnel Committees, and/or other staff as time allows. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, time management, problem solving and sound decision making without close supervision.

Required skills:

  1. Must be willing and able to sign the Wellspring Alliance Church Statement of Faith
  2. Proficient computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to improve office organization and processes through use of technology
  3. Ability to work independently, to plan, organize and prioritize a wide variety of tasks and support of numerous groups
  4. Must have high attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work quickly
  5. Must be flexible, able to problem solve, and work well in a team environment
